The ingenious design of magnetic handling by LTD lifting motor

In modern industrial production, LTD lifting motor has become an important tool due to its unique magnetic handling method. This type of lifting equipment, which can operate without electricity, is widely used in fields such as steel and mechanical manufacturing due to its high efficiency, safety and energy conservation features.
The core of LTD lifting motor lies in its elaborately designed permanent magnet system inside. When the handle is in the "ON" position, the internal magnetic circuit is guided to the bottom of the hoist, forming a powerful closed magnetic field loop. At this time, the magnetic field lines are concentrated and pass through the object being lifted (usually a steel plate), generating sufficient adsorption force. When the handle is rotated to the "OFF" position, the internal magnetic circuit is redirected, forming an internal short-circuit cycle, which releases almost no magnetic force externally, thus achieving rapid release.
This design ingeniously utilizes the principle of magnetic circuit control. Through simple mechanical operations, the "switching" of magnetic force can be achieved. The entire process does not consume any electrical energy and relies entirely on the inherent characteristics of permanent magnetic materials and precise magnetic circuit design.
