The machine tool that has been working normally will not make a phase sequence error in the middle, and the usual fault is the lack of phase. Related to the absence phase are:

2. 24V power supply provided by the driver.
3, the motor drives the power output of the tube.
4, power consumption resistance of current limiting and bypass peak-eliminating two plate tube protection.
5. The cable and plug transmit the drive power to the motor.
6, motor winding and lead.
Lack of phase will not leave these six reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to observe before starting, and the working state of the power drive triode will be clearly displayed on the light-emitting diode. When the drive transistor is in good condition and the normal display is still in a phase deficiency state, the connector at both ends of the online cable is found in turn, the carrying capacity of the 24V power supply and the power consumption resistance are on and off, and the whole process should not be blindly disassembly and welding. When there are two situations, it needs to be repaired with the sales manufacturer.
